How much does delivery cost?
- Our delivery prices vary depending on the size and weight of your order, with your final fee being calculated during the checkout process.
Do you deliver to all of the UK?
- We sure do. This includes the Islands and Highlands of Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Enter your postcode at the checkout to get a delivery price. Our next day delivery service is only available to mainland UK and excludes postcodes: AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS, KA, ZE, PO30-PO41, IM, JE, GY, BT, TR21-TR25.
Do you deliver to Ireland (ROI)
- Yes. Just select Ireland as your delivery country in the checkout. We also have a dedicated Irish website, buyitdirect.ie, which sells everything from the Buy It Direct Group, including laptops, tech, furniture and bathrooms.
Do you deliver to Europe?
- Yes, we offer international delivery to the following locations; Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Andorra and Gibraltar. For larger items,click here

Frequently asked questions

Can I track my order?
- Yes, your order's status and tracking details are available.You'll need to use the same email address you used to place your order.
Do you offer an installation service?
- We offer specialist installations for a wide range tech. You’ll need to pay for this service when purchasing your device, so we can synchronise the delivery and installation.
Do I get a delivery timeslot?
- Most of our delivery partners will give you a timeslot on the day of the delivery. This is usually a window ranging from one to four hours, depending on the courier.
Can I collect my order from you myself?
- Yes. In the checkout, you will see the option to collect your order – select your preferred location. Please note collection isn't available for orders paid via PayPal.
Can I change my delivery date?
- Providing your order hasn’t been dispatched, yes.
My item is damaged or faulty
- If your item arrives damaged, you can refuse to accept the delivery; just sign the driver's delivery sheet 'damaged' and contact us here to let us know. This way, the courier can return it, and we can quickly dispatch a replacement.
  
  If you notice damage after accepting your delivery, please get in touch with us and we will talk you through the next steps. Alternatively, you can find out more over at our customer service here.
What if I miss my delivery?
- Our delivery partner will leave a note to explain your next steps.
I’ve ordered more than one item, will they arrive together?
- We work with various couriers and suppliers, so if you've ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately. You'll receive a tracking code for each consignment to know when to expect your deliveries.
When will my item be delivered?
- We'll send you an email when your order has been dispatched. Deliveries take place between 7 am and 7 pm. And most of our couriers provide a specific timeslot on the day.
